The best part of our meal was our waiter and the wine steward.Both were first class. The rest of the meal was very uneven,starting with the bread plate which was stale and sent back. We also had to get new glasses as the ones we got were dirty.My shrimp stuffed with crabmeat was w/out any crab meat,the filet mignon/crab entree was good but for $43,it should have been very good and included crab.Honestly,the best part of the meal was the salad made at the table.The rose for the lady is a nice touch...Hugo's needs to create value for its customers and not come across like they are cutting corners..
